| 1. How do I register for a friend? |
| Every registration you enter is designed for one registrant only. If you want to register for a friend or family member, you'll need to complete a separate registration using a separate e-mail. That way each of you will receive all the updates and e-mail newsletters before the event as well as your own personalized tickets when you arrive at the event. |

| 2. I registered online but now I can notattend. Can I have a friend pick up my registration? |
| Yes, but we will need written and signed confirmation that you’ve given your friend permission to do so. Simply compose a letter that explains your situation and releases authorization to your friend to pick up your tickets. Be sure to name your friend and sign the letter! Your friend just needs to bring this letter and surrender it at the event in order to pick up registration materials. |

| 3. Will you accommodate my special needs at the event? |
| Yes. We want to make sure that every student has a great time at the convention. If you have special needs, please notify us ahead of time so we help make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please e-mail us at events. info@scrap-a-ganza.com and let us know how we can assist you. We will provide a foreign language interpreters for Dutch, French and English for at least one version of each class. |

| 4. What is the cancellation policy? |
You may exchange classes or activities for classes or activities of equal or lesser value at no cost. No refunds will be permitted after October 7, 2008 12 midnight. |

| 5. Will you change class description or teachers? |
| We work hard to finalize all information before we post it to the web site. However, as we work with sponsors and teachers to confirm and finalize classes and activities, details often change before we open registration. There are times when we may need to make adjustments to class descriptions and prices. We apologize for any confusion or concern this may cause. Please note it is possible we may add classes to the schedule after registration has opened. But if any class or activity details change, we’ll update those details online and notify registered attendees by e-mail. |

| 6. Are any of the hotels rooms big enough for 3 people? |
| There are triple and family rooms in the hotel. |

| 7. How do I book a non-smoking room? |

| 8. How to book an extra night? |
| You can do this trough the Scrap-a-Ganza Site. |

| 9. Does the extra night included breakfast? |
| Yes. |

| 10. Are there free soft drinks at the event? |
| Yes. |

| 11. How I can book my husband in my room and how much money will it be? |
| There is a DH package - you have to register him as a participant. Your DH will get everything we do except the scrapping stuff! at a rate of 179.00 euros. Kids up to the age of twelve 84,00 euros. |

| 12. I forgot my pass word, what do I do? |
| In order ro get it reset please send a mail to: info@scrap-a-ganza.com and asked them to reset your password. |

| 13. How to pay by PayPal? |
When you register you will get an option to View/ Edit profile which you complete before choosing classes. There is a radio button to select to tell us you are either paying via credit card or PayPal. If you are paying by PayPal or credit card you select this button.
When you exit from your schedule, you will have an option to view your invoice. At the top of your invoice you will see a PayPal box – at the top of the invoice. If you click that you will be redirected to PayPal. |

| 14. What is the PayPal surcharge and why do they charge it? |
| There is a fee 12,50 euro per invoice for PayPal. PayPal charges us a fee which is actually a percentage, but as this complicates the invoicing systems we choose for a standard fee that we apply to everyone’s invoice. |

| 15. I paid my invoice via PayPal and then received an e-mail from SAG asking for payment, why is that? |
| Be sure to keep your records as all payments are manually processed. In such a case please respond via e-mail immediately so we can correct any error that may have occurred. |

| 16. How does the extra night(s) appear on my invoice? |
| For Thursday the rate is 40.00 euro + 15.00 euro, mentioned as a class fee per person in a double room Sunday the rate is 20.00 euro + 15.00 euro, mentioned as a class fee per person in a double room. |

| 17. Will I be able to pay extra classes at registration? |
| Yes. If you changed your schedule and there are only small changes in your invoice you can pay or receive the difference at check-in. |

| 18. I've just paid by PayPal. Should the Scrap-a-Ganza site show that I have paid immediately? |
| No this can take a view days until we’ve processed your payment. |
| |
| 19. TRANSPORT - Will there be more than transport to and from the airport to the hotel? |
| Yes. You can book your airport transfer in the member zone where you book your classes. |
| |
| 20. Transport – Can I get to the hotel with public transportation? |
| Noorwijkerhout: Yes, you can get to the hotel via public transportation via the train to the Leiden Centraal Station and the taxi shuttle from the train station to the hotel. See the getting there page for more details. |
